Disappointing

Pros: Modern, Simple Chic, Photo-Centric
"I was so looking forward to receiving these - even ordered them in October. But I was very disappointed in several aspects. The white/cream lettering (on the front where it says Holiday 2009) has a yellow/green cast to it which immediately detracts. Also one of my photos - a professional one - came out blurry. While it is still a nice card with nice photos, the yellow lettering and blurry photo will make me think twice before ordering again from TP."
Response from Tiny Prints:By LizCustomer ServiceDecember 13, 2009
We're sorry this customer was disappointed with her cards. Her original photos were professional and very high quality. However, for the photo for her youngest child, she used a shot of three people at a distance and cropped into just the boys face. Unfortunately, even the best photos lose quality when zoomed in so far. Our designer did think it would print well for her or would have asked her for a new photo.

With regard to the text on the front, we offer four colors to choose from. The default color is yogurt, a soft cream color. However, she selected Wintergreen during personalization. This may have been accidental on her part.

We are contacting her to see if she would like to reprint her cards with a new photo and the text color changed.
