"I have ordered from Tiny Prints before and have been extremely satisfied. However, with this purchase, the color of font used is light gray, which is out of my control. You cannot tell from the online description, but in person the wording is too light and you can't see it.
I do not complain often, but I am disappointed. A darker gray color, perhaps charcoal, would work. I don't understand why the font is a color that does not show up? I won't be able to use the address labels."

We're very sorry this customer was disappointed with these labels. We offer Smoke text on many designs, and it is normally readable, so we believe there must have been a print error. We've contacted her with an apology and an offer to reprint them or credit her for the labels.

"The ordering process was difficult and confusing. Return address labels ended up without our last name on them. I will have to reorder them now as handwritting in my last name defeats the look and purpose. I assumed that the remarks that there would be an artistic review of the order would perhaps mean that my mistake would be corrected."
