"The card is overall pretty good. But pieces of brown paper were flaking off most of the cards we got - so there were little white specks where the paper had flaked off. As the card is dark, this was very noticeable. We also centered the name on the top of the card, but they were printed with the name about 3/4 of the way to the right. Maybe there's some default indentation that was applied even to centering? It looked a little strange. But other than that the photo and cardstock quality were nice."

We contacted this customer with an apology and an offer to reprint or discount her order. The ink on her cards should not have flaked. This type of error is very rare (1/100,000) and occurs when the ink does not dry properly during production.
With regard to the centering of the name, this customer discovered an error in our art file. We thank her for bringing it to our attention and have now corrected the problem.
