"The first set of cards sent had severe ink problems with smearing and colored blotches all over the cards. Of the 100 ordered, only about 40 were usable. I contacted Customer Service who sent another 100 that were fine. I loved the design but had to wait for the second set."

Print errors do occur, but our quality control department should have noticed the problem and reprinted it before her order shipped. We are truly sorry this did not happen.
We were able to get the replacement set to her in 3 days and are very happy to report her most recent order went very smoothly.
