"This card design was Pretty, but the quality cheapens the card. When you fold the card...the creases gets flimsy and all torn. So far everyone who has seen the card has noticed that detail."

We are very sorry that this customer received her cards with errors in the crease. The product is designed as a folded card so it most certainly shouldn't tear when this occurs. Unfortunately, it does sound like there was a quality issue with the cardstock of this particular order. We were able to discount this customers order due to the issue with the order.
