Great design; poor photo quality

"As soon as I created this card online I knew it was 'the one'! I spent the extra money for the great design and high-quality paper and then sat by the mailbox eagerly waiting for them to arrive... So imagine my disappointment when they arrived and the photos were grainy and washed out! The photos I uploaded were not the problem and as I created the card online there was no indication that the photos were not high enough quality... so I have to assume that it was the printing process? In any case, I've already spent my Christmas card budget for the year and will have to send these even though I'm not 100% pleased. Tiny Prints has a great reputation among my friends and family, but I have to admit that this being my first order, I'm less than impressed."
