"I chose this layout because it was my school colors, looked nice, and was affordable (I barely make enough money as a full time student, but this was important to me). When it was personalized it looked great and the photos looked amazing. When I received my order, I was severely disappointed. The photos look terrible, blurry, even the large one, nothing like it led me to believe when seeing it online. I am too embarrassed to send them to my family and friends. I wanted to provide something nice for everyone, but this just won't do. I am very upset."
