Shifted Printing/Incorrect Cutting

"Though it's a little late, I wanted to let someone know that the product is beautiful but when you peel the left column of labels, the right side of the design is cut off. Actually you get some of the white paper on the left side so it seems like everything needs to be shifted a little. Neither column of labels is centered so the design border is cut off. Disappointing."
