Pretty card but not the best that I've ordered

"I've ordered numerous photo cards and announcements from TP and other sites for many years and have always been pleased. This card is pretty, but the picture print quality was not at good as I've experienced before, still using professional quality photos. I was happy that the paper was thick and not the thin-photo-like paper. The colors are true to what I saw on the screen. The snowflake images were not quite as pretty in person, kind of cheap looking and I'm used to TP images being PRETTIER in person."

"I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this card. The edges of the snowflakes appear bitmapped--unlike how they appeared in the sample online, and unlike the photos themselves or the text, so I'm confident it's a problem with the snowflake art and not a one-time printing problem.
On top of that, I wrote an e-mail to Tiny Prints complaining about the cards five days ago and never received a response. Because of this experience, I will not use Tiny Prints for any card services again."

The snowflakes on this card do have soft, feathered edges as part of the intended design. We're very sorry that was not clear on her preview.
We responded to her email with an apology and discount the following business day after she sent it, and we have now followed up to confirm that since it seems she did not receive our initial email.

Card nice, pictures not crisp
Pros: Whimsical
"We used this card for our holiday cards. The card is a matte finish - so it's not glossy. Our prints didn't come out very well, and they were uploaded from a professional sitting, so they should have been super quality. The prints were washed out and the overall card did not appear as it does on the website."

"I used photos from a beach vacation for our Christmas card this year. The design and colors of Rainbow Snowflakes complemented my photos, and I liked how the palette was unique compared to more traditional-looking Christmas cards."

Disappointed
"I've heard such great things about tinyprints and this was my first order. I'm very disappointed in the quality. There are white lines between the card and picture that aren't supposed to be there. And the overall look isn't good."

Based on the description of the cards it sounds as though there was a quality assurance issue which should have been caught prior to the order being shipped.
