Photocards are good but not the envelopes
"The photo card itself was made of excellent paper quality as described in the order form. The envelope on the other hand was another story. The inside was glued together on one side and i have to waste probably more than a dozen envelopes because i can't separate the edges on the other side. It was very disappointing."

We are very disappointed that this customer received her order with unusable envelopes. This is unacceptable and we have forwarded the issue to our print manager. Because timeliness was an issue, we have reached out to the customer with an apology and discount to her order in lieu of a reprint.
