Perfect in Every Way

"I used a photo of my daughter hanging ornaments on our lit Christmas tree for this card. The effect was exactly what I was looking for; the card is so classic and old-fashioned that it invites nostalgia from the recipient. Really perfect in every way, and I am so glad I spent the money on this design and the rounded edges, too."

Really fashionable.

"We did the matte, unsure if this meant matte photo paper. It turned out to be cardstock, which I loved. The rounded edges were unique and worth the little extra money. I'm an admirer of interesting fonts and hip graphic designers and I loved this font/design. The photo could have been slightly clearer, but then again, wasn't taken on a professional grade camera. The backs of all of the cards we looked at were really cute. Overall, great product."

Disappointed with Printing

"My husband and I have used Tiny Prints for our daughter’s birth announcement and baptism invitation. We were so impressed with the quality of printing. This year we had a professional photographer take the picture for our card so the quality of the photograph is excellent. I knew right away that I wanted to use Tiny Prints for our card. However, this time we are so disappointed with the quality of the printing. The picture looks so pixilated. Her face is almost blurry. I couldn’t believe it. In addition, in the past we loved the packaging that our order came in. They came in nice Tiny Prints boxes. This time our order came in a beat up brown box."

We've reached out to this customer with an apology and a refund due to our error. Her photo quality was excellent as was the art file that we used for print, so we believe there was a print error, for which we're truly sorry.
It is very important to us that all of customers have cards that they are proud to send to friends and family, and we wish there had been time to rush a reprint to her. Errors are rare, but if anything in your order doesn't meet your expectations, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can make it right.

"My nice camera + photography skills and vision + Tiny Prints high quality printing and paper = best Christmas cards ever!!! I paid extra for the rounded corners and I am glad that I did. Very nice design...clean and simple. Kind of a pricier route to go compared to other services, but I am picky and I appreciate high quality!"

"We ordered this card because we loved it. But after receiving it, we were disappointed. The online proof was clear and crisp but the actual printed card seemed to be somewhat foggy. I'm not sure if our picture was muted so the wording would stand out better but it just didn't look right to me. BUT as always, tiny prints and their WONDERFUL customer service took care of it."

"I really liked the full bleed photo look of this card. One of the Tiny Prints staff recommended a small color change on our names so that they would stand out more against the background and it was a terrific change.
Customer service was really terrific and we got them in three days.
I choose the one with the red back and wish that I had given myself a large white text box on the back so I could write more personal individual messages.
Otherwise,the card was great, service amazing"
