"Am happy with the design and quality of the cards. Was very easy uploading my pictures and adding personal touches-- I love how this card isn't limited to people that only celebrate Xmas and isn't a typical Happy Holidays message. I was however displeased with shipping. They mailed my cards to my city, but didn't even put the street address so I ended up having to track it down and drive 10mi out of my way to retrieve them. I was told I should receive it 4-5days from that point since it was a Friday- and instead of leaving it up to the postal service I picked them up at a FedEx shipping Center. Tiny Prints- what the heck, I spent a significant sum of money-- aren't I paying for better service somewhere in there!?"

Our apologies to this customer for the shipping error. Unfortunately, a street number wasn't included with her order, but this should have been caught by our FedEx shipping system before the order shipped. We are looking into how this occurred, and have credited back her shipping charge and an additional amount of her cards.
