Beautiful Card but delivery glitch
Pros: Artistic
"The card was beautifully designed and I loved the end product that was sent out to my friends and family. However, I started to get calls from the recipients because they were sent multiple cards - sometimes 3 to one household! Although it wasn't a big deal to spread so much holiday cheer, I was unhappy with the oversight and am worried that I was overcharged and/or cards were not sent to the proper addresses overall."

We're very sorry for the multiple mailings this customer's recipients received. She was not charged for the additional cards. This is not a normal complaint for us, and we have reported it to our Print Manager, so he can research it further and ensure it does not affect future customers.
