"Although the background of this card looks cream, it is stark white. Our family's faces look very washed out against this unexpected background, so I'm disappointed to be sending over 120 of these to family and friends. Tiny Prints does excellent work, and I loved our card last year. Plus, they ship in a conscientious way that protects the products. Still, the whole look with a stark background of the card I received is quite different from what I previewed online."

We are very sorry that this customer was disappointed with her holiday card order. This design is supposed to print with a cream or vanilla background. We have reached out with an apology and discount for what was clearly a print error on this customer's cards and are truly sorry that we disappointed her this holiday.
