Underwhelmed
"The card wasn't as great as I had hoped, the cardstock is a litle thin, the edges had tabs from the die cutting, and the hole is cut, but not punched. I was also expecting more from the print quality. We used high res photos from a professional photographer, but the printed cards still showed some slight pixelation and lack of detail. It's still a nice product, but it's not the "Wow Awesome!" product that we anticipated.
Prior to placing my order I asked the online support person if the ribbons were attached to the ornament and was told "yes". I should have been more precise with my question. They are "attached" to the ornaments in the package, but they are not tied on as shown in the picture. Hole punching and ribbon tying is up to you or your recipient.
Time from order placement to cards being delivered was about two weeks, so plan ahead."
