"Ordered this invite for a baby shower. The print writing of honoree's name appeared crooked. Tinyprints promptly sent me a whole new shipment at no cost. Sadly, the new shipment was again crooked. I think this design just doesn't work. I have ordered invites in the past from tinyprints and been happy with the orders. I am giving a poor rating because of the crooked layout (which I ended up having to mail out - and some people admitted to me that they also saw it as crooked). However, I still like tinyprints and would order again from them."

We have apologized to this customer for the error and offered her a discount on a future order. When she first called, we thought her cards had been miscut during production. However, once we were aware that it happened a second time, we went back and checked the file. An empty text box was accidentally added to the card during design, which threw the name off, just slightly. We are truly sorry for the error.
