Crooked Invite but Good Service

"Ordered this invite for a baby shower. The print writing of honoree's name appeared crooked. Tinyprints promptly sent me a whole new shipment at no cost. Sadly, the new shipment was again crooked. I think this design just doesn't work. I have ordered invites in the past from tinyprints and been happy with the orders. I am giving a poor rating because of the crooked layout (which I ended up having to mail out - and some people admitted to me that they also saw it as crooked). However, I still like tinyprints and would order again from them."

We have apologized to this customer for the error and offered her a discount on a future order. When she first called, we thought her cards had been miscut during production. However, once we were aware that it happened a second time, we went back and checked the file. An empty text box was accidentally added to the card during design, which threw the name off, just slightly. We are truly sorry for the error.

"I loved the classic look of this design and it was easy to personalize. At one point I had a question about customizing. I called Tiny Prints customer service and a representative effectually and professionally assisted me.
The finished invitations were delivered many days prior to when they were expected, which was a delightful surprise. The turn-around time was amazing! The print job was without errors and the invitations looked wonderful. Recipients commented in their RSVP's how much they loved the product. My only suggestion to Tiny Prints is that the card stock was just a little bit bendable. With just a small quality upgrade on paper, these invitations would have been totally flawless.

"This invitation was very easy to personalize. I was able to include lots of info on this small card. It has such a clean, classic design. I knew it was the one I would use as soon as I saw it."
