"The color and quality of this card is beautiful. A really soft pale greenish color (very gender-neutral). Really fast processing and shipping time. Definitely recommend."

lovely eco birth announcement

"I was really happy with how my birth announcements came out and have gotten some nice comments from those I sent them to.
Not only is my baby a real cutie, but what a great looking announcement! For me, the eco recycled paper option was
how I decided-I just choose to not support virgin paper in any way, so had there not been that option I would have gone with another company,despite how much I like the designs. All around, I am very pleased!"

"After looking around all over the place for baby announcements, my wife found this one at tinyprints. She was not sure about her choice until the announcements arrived. She was very happy with the layout, design, and picture quality. "After pondering back & forth between tiny prints and shutterfly for my baby girl announcements I finally chose tiny prints. They offered return address on their envelopes and they had more styles to choose from. Beautiful, but still quick and easy

Pros: Modern, Traditional, Artistic, Photo-Centric

"Despite being swamped with all the usual first time parent responsibilities, I was able to get this birth announcement out to friends and family in less than a month. It was so easy. I changed the wording just a bit to match another tiny prints announcement I had seen, but it would have been fine the way it was. This card works really well with a closeup, headshot of the baby. I started receiving compliments starting the day after I sent them in the mail!"

"These cards were beautiful, but I wish they weren't listed as Spring Branch: Girl since I ordered them for our son and they looked wonderful. Fit the color scheme well. So I wish they were listed under the gender neutral. Otherwise they looked really great."

"I knew I was going to pick a design from Tiny Prints; a friend sent us her baby announcement (a year before we were pregnant) and I tacked it to the bulletin board in my office to remind me "for when the time comes" - I know where I want to make a designer card. A year later and our dreams came true. My beautiful baby girl entered the world and her beauty and love overcame us. She deserved only the best when announcing her arrival.
The team at Tiny Prints were very helpful in my photo selection. They took the time after I submitted my options to call me and discuss which would be better and why. "They took the time" - a personal call - which surprised me. I received a phone call to discuss my photo choice - the assistant informed me that my photo would look too soft and suggested other options. I sent her a few other choices, we together decided on the best one. Also, I wasn't sure in my wording and she offered some great advice. I received an email proof and approved. Very simple - VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Then when I received the announcements I was thrilled to see the quality of the printing and the beautiful layout. I proudly sent the announcements the very next day and received immediate phone calls congratulating us on our beautiful baby girl, and,... quite a few remarks on the chic announcements.
We plan on using Tiny Prints again and again... for Birthday Invitations & Holiday cards.

So sweet!

"We loved this card. The one thing I'm dinging it on is it would have been helpful to have some guidance about selecting the photo (b&w or color?) and pose (show adult hands to make the baby look tiny or zoom up on the face?)

I asked questions in the comments area when I ordered but did not receive a reply (in contrast to another card I'd ordered in 2007 and received very helpful replies, and unasked for suggestions to boot!)

In hindsight, I'd suggest:
- go with high contrast, b&w if necessary, as in the example. Ours had a blueish background not too far off the green of the card, and it could have had more impact I think than it did.
- go with an image that shows mom or dad's hands or some other body part so the baby looks tiny (again as in the example shown.) Our baby has a wonderful zoomed in hero shot of her head, but it ended up making her look delightful but huge! When in reality, this announces her at the time when she was the smallest she'll ever be."
