Printer Problems - quality control?

"Looked great on the computer screen. Terrible print quality in reality. The background ink was uneven - it looked like there was an area where the blue ink (a gorgeous shade!) was running out of pigment. The end result was an invitation with a noticeable area of uneven ink. Where was quality control?"

Great service!

"I ordered these for my child's baptism and they are very sleek and well made. The design is gorgeous and the blue is a great shade. I used the pre-addressed envelopes too which looked great!
Even better was the customer service. I found out after my order was placed that the date changed and I called up and they held my order and revised the date with no hassle or extra charge. Once the date was fixed, I received my invites in 2 business days! Overall, great service and would definitely purchase again."

Another beautiful product from Tiny Prints

"This invitation was perfect for my son's Christening. I just wish I had realized there was a white border around the invitation. It is easy to see now but I did not notice it when I placed my order. The printing and paper were the same high quality that I have come to expect from Tiny Prints. I even found a matching Celtic cross chocolate lollipop mold for favors!"

For the Irish Lad...

"This invite was simply stunning. It was exactly what I wanted, and perfect for my Irish son's First Communion (not to mention his name is Liam, also). Great job as always! My only suggestion is that Tiny Prints should offer a "Celtic" font, I think it would compliment the invite, but it was still beautiful without."
