"It looks like a coaster (my fault for choosing this design)
Very poor quality photograph - grainy and dark (your fault)
Was supposed to be reviewed by someone on your staff. When compared to the original photo, it is easy to see what a poor reproduction this is. This should never have been printed. Unless you are refunding my money, this was a huge waste and disappointment for me. I am very displeased with your product."
