"There was just enough space to fit our family's two last names legibly. Opted for rounded corners and used photos from a family photo shoot to create a cohesive look. Everyone loved the cards, and the colors and options were great."

"This design allowed me to post 5 photos that captured different moments of my family. Upon receiving the cards, I am very pleased with the matte printing (no smudges) & the thickness of the paper. Also, they used a high quality paper for the envelope. When ordering, I encountered difficulty in editing. I called the customer service and I just had to walk them through what I wanted. Overall, great service. Love the turnout of our family card. Thanks!!!"

"As usual, the quality is superb. This is my 3rd order from tiny prints and the cards turn out beautifully. Final product is just as pictured. I needed the help of customer service a few times because I wanted to change my card design and they were excellent. I have no complaints and will continue to come back."

"Paper quality seemed good, but a few of them had random marks on them that would not come off. Some were on faces which was bad so unable to use a couple of them....must have happened during printing somehow. They turned out cute though (coloring maybe not quite as bright as when had photos printed)."

Disappointment!

"This design looked great online, especially because the colors complemented our outfits, and the layout allowed for multiple pics.
The print quality ruined it all. Despite shooting with a high quality DSLR, the pictures were horribly grainy and over-pixilated. It looked like I had printed it on my desktop printer at home. Will NOT order from this company again, especially since I found out afterwards that friends had the same experience previously."

We are truly sorry to hear that this customer was disappointed with her holiday cards. The photos with this card were wonderful quality as is the art file we used for print, so we believe the issue occurred during printing.
We have spoken to this customer and were able to provide her a resolution that she is comfortable with. We know that the holidays are stressful enough on their own, and it is our job to make sure that the only time our customers have to think about holiday cards is when they receive calls and compliments on them.
