"The photo submitted and on file was not the same as the result of the product. I was very disappointed. I have never been disappointed with the products I have received in the past from this company. The quality of my photo was from a professional photographer. Our faces were washed out and the colors were off from the photo provided. The delivery was rather fast, however I would rather wait for better quality and results."

We apologize that this customer received and order that did not meet their satisfaction. It does appear as though the original order was misprinted, but we have reprinted her cards to much better results.
