OH NO!!!!!

"I loved the card and I loved it even more once I added our personal photos. I loved the online example and ordered the cards, excited to send them out to many friends and family. I talked it up so much and as so excited to get the cards in the mail. We are not sending these out and I'm heartbroken that our first family Christmas card since the birth of our baby is ruined. The photos ended up looking grainy and dark. My husband looks like a serial killer and the pictures of our pets (in the three small photo boxes on the left side) make them look like monsters. Totally disappointed."
