Gorgeous card, but problem with order
Pros: Traditional, Simple Chic, Modern
"I give the quality of the card 5 stars. It's professional and timeless. But, I had a huge problem with my order. I ordered my cards and paid for designer review and one day shipping. When I got my cards I saw that one line of text in the back was missing. I was furious! I know that I did not submit the card without the text. I went online to view my card and saw that it was missing the text. This was wrong! Again, I had proofread my design before I placed my order. I even had my husband review it. I called Customer Service and explained what happened. She pulled up my order and asked me if the last line should have read, "Merry Christmas and a healthy and prosperous New Year." YES, that's exactly what it should have read! She told me that the line was showing on the order and that it should have printed on the card. However, an extra space was added on the top potion of the text. Honestly, I think the Designer who did the review must have added the extra space and inadvertently deleted the last line of my text. Anyway, she told me that she would re-order the cards for me free of charge and send it to me with expedited shipping. That's excellent customer service right there. Good thing I still had time before my Christmas cards had to go out. However, I'm still annoyed that the mistake came from their end - most likely from the Designer who did the review. Ironically, you have to pay for that service! This is not my first order from TinyPrints. I've been a loyal customer and have ordered holiday cards, birth announcements, baptism invitations, party invitations and stationary from them."
