Faded coloring

"I got my Mom the striped initial phone case for her birthday. It looked great online and said that someone at Tiny Prints even touched up the pictures.
When I received the case it looked like the printer ran out of ink. The colors were faded and the image was very grainy. I used photos taken from a professional camera so the image quality was not lacking.
I will be contacting Tiny Prints to see if they can send me another one."
