"card looked beautiful; had problems with the shipping- paid for faster shipping and the product ended being delayed multiple times without notifying me- I would not have paid for faster shipping if I had none I could have paid the regular price and gotten them at the same time. The customer service to deal with my shipping issue was great and the online chatting feature was nice. I was refunded for my shipping costs- but would have liked the cards here earlier."

Our apologies to this customer for the delay of her order. A small delay on our end coupled with a UPS issue caused her order to arrive a day late.
