"I ordered two sets of the same card and took advantage of your free designer review - which added and two days to our order. I received the positive feedback from the design team and ordered. I was glad to have a "second eye" before I ordered. However when I received the cards one set was great the other set the pictures were blurry and seemed out of focus. It would have been nice for the design team to make that observation and a recommendation to use other pictures. The pictures did not look blurry or out of focus on my computer screen. I'm not sure if the sparkly feature of the paper made them look blurry. However, that was not the case on the second set of cards we ordered in the same design. I was disappointed with the end result of those card. I was also disappointed for how long it took to get the cards. I was willing to wait because I thought that with the design review it was worth the wait to get excellent cards. It took 15 day to get my order. I'm not sure I would order again if I want a quick turn around time. Personalization options were limited with the number of letters allowed in the design."
