Poor Quality

Pros: Whimsical
"I have been a long time fan and customer of Tiny Prints. I've always regarded them as very high quality.
Unfortunately, with this order, the paper seems thinner than previous orders, the edge cuts are sloppy and not at all crisp and finished, and the printing quality is poor. There is a very distinct level of print quality between the card design and the black text. It is clear that a high quantity of the background is printed and then the specifics are printed in another process. The pink and white designs are quite blurry. I'm not sure if this is the look they were going for and I assumed it would be crisp...?
The customer service, however was top notch. I had extra formatting done (smaller spacing between lines of the black text) and it was done immediately. I received an email AND a phone call letting me know they were able to make the change and making sure I was happy with it. They came very quickly as well.
I'm not sure if this is the design run, or if some corners were cut to keep prices down and delivery quick, but I was disappointed with our invitations."
