Great Design, Poor Resolution

"I was in love with this design online, so much that I ordered extras after already placing the order. I was very disappointed to find the paper print out to have "fuzzy" or a pixelated look around the edges of the design (with the exception of my high-quality photo). The edges of the text and infographics on front and back are not crisp and clean, as you'd expect. I also don't care for the way the banner overlaps the picture, and wish I'd realized prior to ordering my cards that it looks off-balance and poorly planned.
I was very happy with Customer Service when I called to report that FedEx had crushed one corner of my box, causing all but a few cards to have a crushed upper right-hand corner. Unfortunately, I was not given the option to change the design after seeing it in person. Instead, my cards were reprinted and overnighted to me.
Ultimately, I doubt my friends and family will notice the design flaws the way I did, and I still feel that I have a memorable and cute birth announcement to add to the baby book."
