"I was disappointed when our holiday cards came in the mail. The photo image was not great as far as color and clarity and I really was not impressed with the paper quality. I was excited to use tiny prints because we had received other holiday cards in the past that looked really nice, but I don't think I would use them again because the quality was not reliable."

We're sorry this customer was unhappy with the quality of her cards. The image she submitted for her order was very clear and our designers felt it would print well. It appears that the quality she was expecting may have been from our folded holiday cards which once featured a semi gloss coating.
When we originally introduced our first folded cards, we found that there were ink rub off issues on the interiors of these cards during print testing. To find a solution for this issue, we began printing our folded cards on coated, semi gloss cardstock. Earlier this year we were able to find a new matte recycled stock out of Italy without the rub off problem. We have eliminated the semi gloss stock as Tiny Prints is mainly known for the matte look the majority of our customers prefer.
We have apologized to this customer for the dissatisfaction she experienced and discounted her order. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on everything we sell. If anything in your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can make it right.

"I absolutely LOVE the holiday card I created through Tiny Prints this season. I originally discovered Tiny Prints when I was the recipient of a wonderful card that I thought was so truly creative and personal. "The quality of the picture was not really good. The colors were different from the original file sent (I made sure to send the picture in high resolution to avoid such problem). I will think twice before ordering any card/stationary with printed pictures from Tiny Prints in the future.
Otherwise, I was extremely happy with the product, which was delivered to me very promptly (even though I do not live in the U.S.)."

"Loved the quality and design. The coordinating labels were also a plus. We received so many compliments on our holiday card. Only negative is that it would be nice to order smaller quantities after the initial 25."

Our customers have spoken! We are currently testing smaller quantities on our birthday and graduation invitations. You may order a minimum of 10 and then in 5's after that. We plan on expanding these quantities to more categories of products shortly.

"The simple, classy, modern design and colors (red & brown) of this holiday photo card caught my eye. Very easy to add personal info. "This card was perfect for our multi-denominational card list. We loved that there was a large area for the picture, which is framed by the bright, bold, red borders. The second brown border makes the card masculine. The card stock is nice and heavy, which makes it perfect for the recipients to display, and looks much more impressive than the run-of-the-mill, flimsy picture cards out there."

Stands out from typical xmas cards

"I chose this layout because the colors worked with the picture I wanted to use. The red is an elegant and rich color. It is very hard to find this type of red. The brown was the deep chocolate that I was looking for. I was happy to find that the print reflected the same richness and depth that I saw on the screen. I was able to send out warm wishes for the holiday and the new year and having the date is very nice for family to keep track every year. The paper is extremely nice. It stands out from the rest of the photo cards that everyone else sends using the photo film papers. It has a nice texture. Your friends and family will recognize the difference. Many neighbors and friends commented on how they thought it looked like it was professionally done by a graphics company we had hired! This card showed everyone that we paid close attention to creating something special for them to show them we are thinking about them and hope they have a wonderful holiday."
