"I was very disapointed with the clarity of the print. The picture I submitted was taken with a 10.1megapixel digital SLR, and was very crisp. The resultant product was fuzzy and very poor quality. Would not order again."

We're sorry we disappointed George. The photo he submitted was very high resolution, but it was an outdoor shot taken under trees with areas of both bright sun and shade. The faces is the shady area were a little grainy. However, the designer honestly felt it would print fairly well for him.
What saddens us the most is that he did not contact us us when he received his cards. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on everything we sell. We would have been happy to set up a reprint, exchange or return for him. If anything in your order does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible, so we can make it right.
