"We were very happy with our final product. Our birth announcement looked very nice, the quality was good and was consistent with what we saw online and in our proof. One critism that I do have is that I was suprised by the size of the card when we recieved it. I was under the impression that it would be larger. If the size is stated on the website maybe make it a bit clearer. Also if you could put the amount of postage due for each card on your website that would be helpful and save your customers a trip to the post office to inquire about postage. We had a bit of difficulty figuring out exactly how many stamps to use and did have a few returned to us.
I would like to applaud your customer service; they were excellent. We had a few conversations with your representatives due to some difficulty in selecting our picture and each person was helpful, informative and not at all pushy. They really helped us to create a better card. I would definitely reccomend you to a friend and would use you again in the future."

"Everyone raved about the quality of the paper, especially with a photo announcement. I loved that I could change the wording and choose different colors for the text. The process was so easy and customer service was extremely friendly and quick to help with a concern. I used both online assistance while completing my order and phone assistance after my order was complete. Will definitely recommend to all my friends."
