disappointing

"I need to start by saying that I love Tiny Prints. My business cards are done by Tiny Prints and I recommend them to all my friends.
This might be why I was so disappointed in the quality of my Christmas cards. I tried to leave this feedback in customer service but the link isn't working.
This design is lovely, but the photo reproduction is average at best. The original photos are professional, high quality pic's and they looked good on line when I put the cards together, but they did not come out that way. My daughters adorable freckles that are clear in the original picture are none existent and the photo overall is granular. The cut of cards are uneven and not smooth - ie. it looks a bit like someone cut out the card with a pair of kitchen scissors. They also do not fold evenly - ie. front slightly different size to the back. Some of the cards (not all) have poor, uneven printing tone of the personal text message inside the card.
We chose the red color option and there is a red shadow at the bottom of the card.
I am sad because I expect more from Tiny Prints."

Nice!

Pros: Whimsical
"Great color - looks really professional. The pearlescent paper is a little more sparkly than I expected but the card stock is nice and heavy and it looks like a much ore expensive custom job."
