Promo was hard to include in order

"When we ordered our birth announcements, there was a promotion to include a certain number of labels with ourpurchase. We tried to include these free labels in the order. We found that the process was not intuitive and found it difficult to include this promotion to our oder and we ended up calling them to figure it out.
Also, although we really liked the fact that these labels matched our birth announcment, we found the colour and print quality to be worse than the gorgeous birth announcments we had ordered. The birth announcements were perfect however! Print quality and card quality were 100%."
