Baby announcement card

""I am a professional photographer who had to order 150 birth announcement cards for a client. As I was placing my order I realized there was a discrepancy on the way my picture looked after my edition and how it looked in my order. I really needed to make sure the resulting image would look the way I edited so I checked the customer service number and called. My first surprise was that I was able to deal with a human being within seconds. She went through my order, checked my issue and wrote a note under the instructions space to make sure that that was checked. On top of that I clicked the option of 'review' by a designer.
A couple of days later I got an email from a designer saying they got my note and they would make sure it would look the same. After that I got a second email with my order and the card asking for approval. I still saw the discrepancy. So I didn’t approve it, instead, I uploaded the file again and asked them again to check. A short period after I got another email from them with the picture of the card looking exactly as I edited, so I approved it. I got them today, exactly as they said. They look great and exactly as I edited them.
10 out of 10 to their customer service. I found some of the cards a little pricier than other web sites, but it is well worth it. Extremely satisfied with my first order with Tiny Prints and many more to come!

"Card turned out beautiful the only thing was that the size slipped by me somehow and was only a 4x5 which does not even fit in a 4x6 frame. Otherwise great job! Delivery was fast. I wish the card could have been a little larger."

Not what I had hoped it would be
"I wasn't happy with this design - first of all it's much smaller than I expected (my bad for not reading the measurements). But more importantly, the brown was much, much darker than I expected and almost looked black which did not compliment the pink at all. I re-ordered a different design which I was completely happy with. I've ordered many announcements and invitations from Tiny Prints and this is the first one that didn't live up to my expectations. As usual, the Tiny Print customer service was great throughout all of this."

"The design of this product is very sweet and worked terrific with the outfit that my daughter was wearing in her photo. Luckily the shade of pink that she was wearing also worked well with the shade of pink in the announcement.
The printing and paper were of excellent quality and I received a number of compliments from those that received the announcements on how well they were done. I decided to capitalize the first letters of my daughter's name, which is not on the sample and I think it served to bring additional attention to her name, but this is just personal taste.
I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the customer service at tiny prints. They were fantastic! Several of the pictures that I submitted would have been grainy if printed and they called me and e-mailed me to try to rectify the situation. They also called when I neglected to put the time of my daughter's birth on the announcement. They were just fantastic!"

"I was very dissapointed in the quality of this card. The picture, although clear on our camera, was very fuzzy on the card. The shipping took over 2 weeks as well. I should have just printed them from home."

We are very sorry that Becca was unhappy with her cards. We contacted her when she submitted her order because we had concerns about her photo printing. She submitted new photos, which unfortunately also had issues. We selected the clearest one and did our best to sharpen it before printing.
Unfortunately, it is too late to offer a reprint to her. If anything in your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can make it right for you. Our customers are never stuck with a design or print they are unhappy with.
