poor quality printing
"While I wanted to love this card, the print quality ruined it for me. When I received the cards (we used them as invites for my son's first birthday), I immediately noticed the poor quality. The blue text is pixelated and sloppy/crooked looking. I showed them to my husband and he also noticed the same pixelation/sloppiness that I did. I called customer service and explained the problem and they issued a reprint, but the reprint arrived with the same issue. I suppose this is just how the card looks, but I have come to expect a higher quality from my Tiny Prints purchases. (Side note: the grass at the bottom of the invite is choppy/pixelated, but this is part of the design. The blue text, in my opinion, should not look this way.)"

We apologize that this customer received both her original order and reprint with such poor quality printing. Ideally the reprint would have resolved the issue as we understand that these were first birthday cards and a very important occasion.
