"I was really excited about my purchase! It was delivered right away. I printed the address info and all the information smeared off. I tried with two different printers and the same thing, the information smeared. I don't understand why the ink is not sticking to the envelope. I had to replace the envelopes. Not at all happy of the added expense,"

We are very sorry for the difficulty this customer had with her envelopes. We have not had other reports of this problem, so unfortunately, we are also unsure why the ink from her home printer smeared. Our envelopes are manufactured using 80# stationery grade paper, and should go through home printers without a problem.

"I was able to use my son's golf picture and school colors (purple, silver and black) to personalize this announcement. I was also able to get the exact wording I wanted.

I was extremely happy with the quality of the final product when I received it. The customer service was exceptional. The Graphic Artists phoned me during the process to make sure the photo I submitted and the colors I wanted would work to make a quality announcement that I would be happy with. They made wonderful suggestions and thankfully, I listened! I received many compliments on our announcements, and will definitely use Tiny Prints again."

"I wanted something different for a graduation announcement. I was impressed by the many choices available to me. The announcement itself turned out great! I appreciated the phone calls I received from the staff trying to make sure my order was everything I wanted. Great job!"
