"I was really excited about my purchase! It was delivered right away. I printed the address info and all the information smeared off. I tried with two different printers and the same thing, the information smeared. I don't understand why the ink is not sticking to the envelope. I had to replace the envelopes. Not at all happy of the added expense,"

We are very sorry for the difficulty this customer had with her envelopes. We have not had other reports of this problem, so unfortunately, we are also unsure why the ink from her home printer smeared. Our envelopes are manufactured using 80# stationery grade paper, and should go through home printers without a problem.

"I was able to use my son's golf picture and school colors (purple, silver and black) to personalize this announcement. I was also able to get the exact wording I wanted.
I was extremely happy with the quality of the final product when I received it. The customer service was exceptional. The Graphic Artists phoned me during the process to make sure the photo I submitted and the colors I wanted would work to make a quality announcement that I would be happy with. They made wonderful suggestions and thankfully, I listened! I received many compliments on our announcements, and will definitely use Tiny Prints again."

"I think the text under the photo should be allowed editing -- if you don't like the "look out world" then you are stuck using that -- the layout, photo quality, and customer service was exceptional. "I was so impressed with the way my son's graduation announcement turned out. Ordering things on line you never know what you are going to get until it is shipped and I was really impressed with the quality of the paper and the picture clarity. The announcement was very easy to complete with the text that I picked and it gave me plenty of room to give the details of the party and also room to put in his future plans. There were so many designs to pick from that I am sure that I will use tinyprints in the future for other events in our lives because of the professional look and feel of the announcements not to mention how much money I saved. The price was actually the reason I ordered them but the quality was even better than I expected."

The Perfect Card for the Perfect Day

"Having never done this before ,my expectations were not high.I was thrilled when I received my invitations in the mail. The process was very easy, the support from the company very helpful and the final product turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Since mailing them out I have had numerous calls on how great they look, very professional and can I have their name. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the work superb. I will definitely use them again in two years when my second child graduates!!"
