Printed Design Looks Jagged & Cheap
Pros: unprofessional
"I received these cards very quickly, with great packing. However, the good impression stopped there. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the card itself... I might as well have printed them out at home, they appear to be just laser jet printed onto regular card stock paper. Considering the cost I was expecting something that looked professionally done, but I was willing to overlook it. What really bothered me was the italicized font on my cards looked jagged/pixeled, and so did all of the vertical stripes & lines on the design itself (borders of the photos and the striped border at the bottom). I called customer service and they were very nice about reprinting the cards quickly for me, and I was satisfied the problem would be fixed. However, the second batch is just as jagged looking as the first. I can only assume the problem is on the original template itself, or the resolution or sizing of the original was adjusted or something to cause the problem. Very disappointed in the product overall."
