"I ordered these for my daughter's first birthday. They were adorable. Great colors and quality. I changed the font and loved the look. I had so compliments on them. I ended up framing one and it is now on display in her nursery. Customer service was very helpful using the Chat service to rush my order. Tiny Prints produces great invitations that look fabulous. "I got the sample of this emailed first to see it-and it looked it fine. When it was delivered I wasn't pleased b/c the photo quality wasn't great and the print was so tiny-could not see that from the proof.
Overall I was not pleased."

We're sorry that this customer was disappointed with her invitations. He photo passed our minimum photo standards, but was slightly hazy. Our photo team is looking closely at our standards to see if we need to make any changes.

With regard to the font size, she chose 11pt, which most customers find suitable for this design. However, if you have any concerns, you may increase the size up to 13pt during personalization.

Finally, our customers should never feel stuck with a design or print they are not happy with. If you are unsatisfied with anything in your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We would be happy to set up a reprint, exchange or return for you.

"The paper and printing quality is as good as you expect from tinyprints. it's what made them famous :)

Love how you can change font, size, and color so the card can accommodate both of my girls' names for their 3rd birthday celebration. "I used this card for my baby's 1st birthday. It was super easy to import photos, modify the color, and font styles. I had a question about making the number in the middle a little bigger and I recieved an actual phone call from the design person working on the card! My only disappointment was the photo wasn't sharper, but I am the only one who noticed. Overall, a super cute card!"
