Change of Address Fun

"This is an unreal story...we were moving to an apartment, so I was being proactive by having the cards printed and ready to send out with the change of address before we actually moved to get a jump on things. We moved and a few days later had to move again to another apartment because of a problem with the apartment...so I called Tiny Prints and they felt bad after what we had been through and printed new cards with the new apartment number on them and sent them right out to me. Unheard of customer service, in my opinion...they were empathetic, apologetic (although nothing was their fault), courteous and kind...and most of all prompt and professional! After moving twice in one week, it was much appreciated!"
