"These came out great. I like that the photo is nice and big - I used a head shot. The design is cute, but doesn't detract from the picture. I also added three small pics on the back of the card, and those came out really nicely as well.
I used the font shown in the sample photo. It is very pretty, but recommend using the largest size available. I used the largest size, and it looked like a normal size print to me. I think the smaller font size would be too little.
I used digital proofs the pic came out darker than I could see from the proof. Not a big deal - just something to watch out for."

"I just ordered this announcement to announce the birth of my first daughter, loved it but found the font to be too small, it looked bigger when I reviewed it on my monitor. Be sure to order the biggest size in the font you choose. Other than that I was quite pleased and always go with tinyprints for my printing needs. I have used them 4 times since my daughter was born. =)"

"I was smitten from the start with this cute design, and after selecting 7 others for my husband to compare, he too liked this one best. That never happens, so I knew it was a good one. The design process is super-easy and the shipping was really fast. I thought I would have to wait weeks for my cards, but they were here in less than one week! And they really do look great. I am excited to send these to all my friends and family!"

BEAUTIFUL ANNOUNCEMENT

"I highly recommend using this card as a birth annoucement. The quality of the card stock was great. It took less than 5 days to receive my order without express shipping. We ordered 140 cards and received many, many compliments. I chose FULL CIRCLE for the font, which was large and easy to read on the card. FULL CIRCLE also looks nice and balances out a large head shot. I also made all of the font hot pink in color. I suggest requesting a proof of this card like I did. I also had all the envelope addresses printed by Tiny Prints - this made life easier for me as a new mom. I was able to get the cards out in the mail the same they arrived. I will use Tiny Prints again."

"I LOVE this birth announcement! I took the advice from another review that said to make the writing as big as possible (from the scroll down choices), and it turned out perfect. I recommend a close up, black and white photo (which you can do on your comp). I got more compliments on this announcement than I did with my first child...and I hand made them all. I won't be doing that again now that I know about tiny prints.
Not only was I completely pleased with the announcement, but I was amazed at the ability to communicate with someone from tiny prints on the site!"

"I fell in love with the design of this card when I was pregnant with my daughter. After she was born and I received my order I was very disappointed with the print quality. Her face looked like it was pruple in spots (and it was not) and the text looked like it was done with a dot matrix printer. The whole announcement had a very dull finish. For the price of these announcements I expected much higher quality. I could have done better than this with my printer at home.
My advice, make sure you read the section that states what kind of printing the announcement you are purchasing uses. Had I read that more closely I would have seen that this announcement (even at the price it is) uses the lowest quality printing technique."

"my order was 14 cards short..customer service did send additional cards quickly, but did not apologize for mistake. Announcement was ok..writing was very pale..dont think i will be ordering from here again..not worth the $"

"My husband and I fell in love with this print. I could not be happier with the way it all turned out. I used the font and most of the wording that was used in the example. LOVED the recycled paper. "This is really just the sweetest announcement ever, but the print is a little difficult to read because it's quite small and decorative. I used a close-up shot like the one in the example and it looks out of balance next to the small print. I would suggest getting the proof before ordering this card, and perhaps asking Tiny Prints to increase the font size. I did contact Tiny Prints about the small font and they graciously agreed to reprint them for me. Wonderful customer service. I'll be sure to use Tiny Prints for all our cards in the future."

"Cute design. Works well with black and white or color photo. I love the size of the card with a nice big photo space and the thick quality paper. Make sure you chose a photo that is not too dark or the photo will look washed out because they lighten it up. A professional photo works best. I recommend getting this design or any of the others on this site - they were all so cute, it was hard to decide!"
