"The quality of the card (paper), colors, and printing were excellent. I was very pleased with the product. My one gripe was the actual printing/layout of the image. I paid very close attention to how I set my photo in the image window. However, when I received the product, the image was offset cutting the back side of one of my child's head off in the card. I immediately called customer service. They saw the printing error and agreed to reprint the cards abd ship them to me via fedex. The quick and courteous response was more than satisfactory. But for that glche, I would have rated 5 stars across the board."
