Adding a personal touch

Pros: Modern

"What I recieved in the mail was nothing near what I thought I had ordered. My cards were faded , printed on cheap paper , and just looked like something I could have printed from home. I ordered cards to get a professional look , thats what the money goes into.
I have still not sent out my cards due to embarressment that I paid for them, when they look like something that was printed out on a cheap printer.
Im not big on writing bad reviews but it was terrible."

We are saddened by this customer's disappointment. It may be that she was expecting glossy photo paper. Photo Grid is printed on our 110# Signature coated stock for just a slight sheen. We print all of our cards on the highest quality digital offset press for vibrant colors.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products and have tried to contact this customer to get more details and to arrange a return. Unfortunately, she did not return our call or emails.

"tiny prints" is right

Pros: Simple Chic, Photo-Centric

"The overall quality of the card is good -- it is what I would expect since it isn't inexpensive. My main complaint is in how tiny the pictures ended up being in the final product. It wasn't clear to me anywhere in the ordering process that the entire card BEFORE folding was 5x7 -- I thought the front of the card by itself would be 5x7. So I was very surprised when I received them and saw that the front of the card is 2.5x3.5". Six pictures in that tiny space means that you can hardly even see the faces of people in a group shot.

I don't even think this card should be offered in this format. It should be offered in a 5x7 Flat, and in a larger format folded card."

It was certainly not our intention to surprise this customer with the size of her cards, All of our folded photo notes designs are 3.5in x 5in (folded).

We try to be clear on the site by including the measurements of each design below the name on the category page as well as on the product page.
