Disappointed in the picture quality

Pros: Simple Chic
"The invite I created is for my duaghter's 2nd birthday and the pix quality could have been better; When I ok'ed the design,,her face was def. not that red and it could have been corrected if on your end,,,it was red for some reason. This is the first time I used your company and I thought that the Design Team would have phoned me or something..
my expectations were not met."

Our production designer checked both the customer's original photo and our internal art file used for print and did not see anything other than a very nice photo with a little natural rosiness. We believe that the problem may have been due to a printer error.
We have contacted this customer to extend our deepest apologies and arrange a reprint or discount, whichever she prefers.
