"The photo quality was disappointing - I even considered sending them back, but because of time constraints I had to send them out as is. When I reviewed the card prior to placing the order the photo looked great, but when I received the product the photo coloring had been changed - it had been lightened too much and my son's facial expression was hardly visible. The card itself was cute and the colors were great, but the photo was not. I did receive several compliments on the cards from invitees."

We have contacted this customer with an apology and a discount on her order. The designer who worked on her cards accidentally over-saturated her photo while adjusting the levels for best print. We are very sorry for this error.
